The Flavors of Chinatown and Little Italy

The Flavors of Chinatown and Little Italy

Immerse yourself in the cuisine of two of NYC’s most diverse and historic neighborhoods.

What you’ll do

Little Italy and Chinatown are two of New York's most vibrant and historic immigrant neighborhoods and they happen to sit right next to each other. On this scrumptious eating experience you’ll visit some of the most beloved eateries in both areas. As you taste classic Chinese and Italian delicacies you'll learn the histories of the neighborhoods and how they have often clashed and overlapped. Don't forget to come hungry; you'll enjoy Italian dishes like fresh mozzarella, and one of the best slices of pizza in New York, as well as Chinese institutions, like steamed buns, egg tarts, and Peking duck pancakes. In the company of a local expert guide, you won’t just eat delicious food, you’ll immerse yourself in the stories behind the culture and cuisine that have come to define these wonderfully unique sections of the city. History has never tasted this good.
