Meet the Impressionists at the Musée d'Orsay

You’re an art lover who wants to see the largest collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masterpieces in the world.

What you’ll do

During the last few decades of the 19th century Paris was the epicenter of western art. Monet, Gauguin, Matisse, Manet, Picasso and a host of others all passed through the city at some point and left their mark. Today, much of this art has ended up in the incomparable collection of the Musée d’Orsay and we're going to take you to see it.

This tour focusses on the collection of impressionists, visiting beautiful works by artists like Monet, Degas, Renoir, Cézanne, and Van Gogh. With an expert local guide on hand, you’ll learn the history of this movement, why it was so revolutionary, and how it continues to affect the way we view art and reality today.
